Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked (statutory minimum under EU law: 14 days).

Return Conditions

• Product is in original, unused condition
• Original packaging is intact, including all accessories and documentation
• Return is reported within 30 days of receipt via info@fjorta.com
• Return shipment is sent tracked and prepaid

How to Return

• Email info@fjorta.com with your order number and reason for return
• You will receive return instructions within 2 business days
• Send the item well-packaged to: Nieuw-Amsterdamsestraat 40, 7814VA Emmen, Netherlands
• Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method and include standard delivery costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Exceptions

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Sealed products where the seal has been broken after delivery

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Email info@fjorta.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, please use the returns process above.
