2. Orders & Contract Formation

Product listings on our website are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. A binding contract is formed when FJORTA confirms your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

3. Prices

All prices include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price confirmed in your order confirmation applies to your purchase.

4. Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are processed the same day. A tracking code is sent by email upon dispatch.

5. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@fjorta.com with your order number. We will refund the full purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Sealed products where the seal has been broken after delivery

7. Warranty

All products carry a statutory 2-year warranty under EU consumer law. FJORTA additionally offers a 24-month manufacturer's guarantee against material defects. Warranty claims: garantie@fjorta.com.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. The competent court is Rechtbank Noord-Nederland, Assen, the Netherlands. You may also contact the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
